SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, either on the same working day or at least the next working day.

Currently our delivery partners are Royal Mail and APC. Delivery charges are based on the weight (including packaging) and the destination.

Our couriers class working days as Monday to Friday.

Tracking information will be sent automatically once the parcel has been dispatched. Tracking information may not become live until later that evening.

FREE DELIVERY WHEN YOU SPEND £40 OR MORE

We offer FREE delivery when you spend £40 or more. This offer is only available to customers in the UK Mainland. Depending on the value of the order and it's contents a number of couriers may be used for this service. Please note this service can take 3-5 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy

CANCELING AN ORDER

You can cancel your order for any reason providing the goods have not been dispatched, you will need to contact us as soon as possible via email sales@johnnybcarcare.co.uk or by calling us on

01922 643888

If the goods have been dispatched you may still cancel the order but the goods will have to be returned to us at your cost. Goods must be an unused state and re-saleable before any refunds will be considered.

RETURNING AN ORDER

For any reason if you wish to return your order you may do so within 14 working days. You must contact us before returning goods via email sales@johnnybcarcare.co.uk or by calling us on

01922 643888.

Goods must be returned in their perfect un-opened and un-used condition sealed in the original packaging. Returning an order will be at your cost and we do not reimburse any return postage costs. Upon receiving the goods, they will be checked before issuing a refund.

The goods will remain your responsibility until they have been safely delivered to us. We strongly advise that you insure the Goods and get proof of posting in case of loss or damage.
